Krispy. Salty. Light. Yummy.
If you haven’t tried Homemade Kale Chips yet, you need to do that now. Yes, now. You’ll be surprised how much you will actually enjoy them.
There really is something special about making kale chips yourself. You can taste the difference and they are SO easy!
Just chop or tear the kale into “chip size” pieces.
Then massage the olive oil and salt into the leaves. This ends up being a great exfoliating and moisturizing exercise for your hands. Seriously.
Spread the leaves out in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet and grate some fresh Parmesan over them.
Pop them in the oven and in 20 minutes (or less) you will have krispy, krunchy, kool kale!
You’ll be glad you tried it!
